Our fair return policy, clearly explained.

✅ What You Can Return

  • Non-perishable grocery items (unopened, original packaging)
  • Household products (unopened)
  • Incorrect items received

Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

  • Fresh produce, meats, and dairy (food safety)
  • Frozen items once delivered
  • Opened or partially used products

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@shodai.de with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back to our Cottbus address using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
